1. How to order at raegan.store?
It’s very simple! Just select your favorite products, choose your size, then click the “Add to Cart” button and proceed to checkout as instructed. Our team will process and confirm your order as soon as possible.
2. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
If you want to cancel your order, please submit a cancellation request within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours, your order will be processed and we will not be able to cancel it. To cancel your order, please contact our support team via email or phone, providing your order number and relevant information so that we can assist you promptly. Please note that orders that have been shipped cannot be canceled and you will need to follow the return process after receiving the goods.
3. What is the delivery time?
Once we receive your order, we will ship within 7-15 business days. Due to the large number of shipments, styles, and categories we process each day, our warehouse updates inventory daily, so our store inventory may not be very accurate. If an item is out of stock after checkout, we will notify the customer immediately. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Thank you for shopping with us.

5. Can I track my order?

6. What if my package is lost or stolen?
We always do our best to ensure that your item is delivered in perfect condition. In the rare event that your item is lost or damaged in transit, please contact our customer service department as soon as possible. We will work with the delivery service to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if necessary.
Please take photos of items damaged or lost in transit and email them along with any supporting documentation to [email protected]. Raegan requires these photos and documentation to replace any damaged or lost items.
If the goods in the shipment are completely damaged, unsorted and inexplicably damaged, or if a significant part of the product that cannot be replaced or delivered in a timely manner is seriously damaged to the point of being dangerous or defective (not just cosmetic damage such as paint scratches), please contact us for assistance.
