Returns Time

In case you are not satisfied with the order you received, we provide you with the following return policy.

You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return the product.

Return Conditions

The product must be in its original condition, unused, unwashed and with all tags and labels intact.

Deep discounts, “clearance” or “final sale” items are not eligible for return.

Online returns

Please contact us in advance via email with your order information and return request.

We will review and provide you with a return label and instructions on where to return the item.

You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless you receive a defective or mistaken product from us

Note: Returns without prior contact will not be accepted

Defective Products

If the product is defective or damaged by the store, you have the right to return or exchange the product at no cost. We will provide a replacement or a full refund.

Refund

The store will refund you using the original payment method. It will take about 5-7 days for the money to be credited to your account.
